Shipping charges

This may vary by the volume of your order and shipping destination. Please confirm the actual shipping cost on-line before you place your order. Delivery is via UPS, USPS and FedEx.
If you purchase by e-check, it takes 7 days to complete your order. We will send your package after your order has been processed and payment is confirmed. All orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and P. O. Boxes will be delivered through USPS. Please note that it takes 6 to 10 days for delivery.
Delivery requires approximately 7 days fromthe date your order is processed and payment is confirmed but may vary by the destination.
Unfortunately if you don’t have an email address, have a block or unknown email, you will not receive any emails from us regarding your shipment information and our special campaign offer.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by telephone or email.

Delivery Time

The product will be shipped to you on or around the same business day as your initial order in subsequent months. Please note that the actual delivery day may vary by the month. For orders that are returned because of incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses, customers are charged at full shipping fees.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect or inaccurate, please contact us via email or phone within 5 days after you receive it. We will not be able to provide a refund or replacement product if you do not notify us within the time required.

• Products may be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Contact our Customer Service by telephone before returning the product. When returning the product include all of the following items. Please use the original box in which the products were shipped or comparable box to return these items:

1. Your name, address, telephone number and credit card number,
2. The complete reason(s) why you are returning the products, and
3. All empty packages and uneaten/unopened (total 9 packages per box).

• All returned products must be shipped with transportation costs prepaid. We will not accept any returns if the return transportation costs are not prepaid.
• The refund amount will be credited to your account within 3 months once the returned product is received with all information listed above.
